I’ve never been
a sunrise but every
day I set. I let
the world take energy from me
I set in the night
then a dark vision of
me comes out. I feel the
darkness stress the sun
But I just wait until
morning. The night is
dark and sparkly and
tries to take over.
The sunrise lets me
come up to the sky at night
and I dream of stars glowing with
candles in the starry night
I get up and fall
from the sky
the Earth is done for
now but the sunrise will rise for us
